Submissions to Riot of Roses
Publishing House

Since 2021, we have published poetry collections in English or bilingual (English/Spanish) collections, writings totalment en espanol, a memoir, a workbook, and several anthologies, which include poetry, fiction, non-fiction, and art.

In the coming years, we will venture further into anthology collections, works of fiction and non-fiction, and children’s literature, while maintaining our strong roots to poetry. As we continue to expand, our mission is to stay true to our vision of amplifying stories and narratives from historically silenced voices.

Riot of Roses Publishing House considers both solicited and unsolicited submissions. As we are a fairly young mico-press, we have we have a rather slow process in responding to submissions (usually a 6-month turnaround time, but sometimes longer).

Riot of Roses Publishing House will only accept email submissions. Please do not send manuscripts via snail mail. Provide an author bio (include your name, contact information, social media handles, publishing/writing experience), a summary of your manuscript, and no more than a 20-page excerpt of your work (PDF only). Bonus: send us a link to a video of you reading/performing your work. We vibe with oral storytelling traditions. Send your submission inquiry to riotofrosesllc@gmail.com.

If we are interested in reading more of your work and exploring a collaboration, we will send a response to your email within 3 months of your submission. Please keep in mind that we are a micro-press working with limited human-power. We thank you in advance for your professionalism and your patience. If you received and accepted an offer for your book from another publisher, please email us so that we can remove your title from our submissions list.

Happy writing!
